Alex B. Fine and I will be presenting our collaborative piece entitled "Broken turtle, busy hare" a performance weaving together two artists’ journeys: My video work from the Negev Desert and fragments of Fine’s memories of his childhood in rural North Carolina. A woman walks with absolute determination on an absurd path while a boy attempts to construct an identity out of animal corpses, archaeological artifacts, and religious paraphernalia. MeetFactory residents are opening their studios during another Open Studios evening. Look forward to exciting trip through 9 studios of the artists from different countries such as Poland, Belgium, USA or Slovakia.
