Fine and I will be presenting our collaborative piece entitled "Broken turtle, busy hare" a performance weaving together two artists’ journeys: My video work from the Negev Desert and fragments of Fine’s memories of his childhood in rural North Carolina. A woman walks with absolute determination on an absurd path while a boy attempts to construct an identity out of animal corpses, archaeological artifacts, and religious paraphernalia. Today is the premiere of "How's The Beast?" by director and playwright Eyal Weiser. The show is a response to last summer's war on Gaza. I collaborated with Eyal and created two videos that accompany the show.
